In order to make this event successful, we are in need of donations and sponsorships.
We are offering a variety of ways for you to help in this area as noted in the attached form. We will be giving every runner a t-shirt as well as selling the shirts at the event.
As a sponsor your logo would be on the back of each shirt ,as well as you having the option of placing your signage at the actual event.
We are expecting many people from the Boerne community as well as runners from around the San Antonio area to attend this event.
If you are able to, we are also in need of donations such as food, water, paper goods, etc for our after- race refreshments for the runners.
We are working through a non-profit organization so your contributions will be tax deductible.
